Our first meeting is a gentle, trauma-informed space where we begin to understand your needs and history. It's a collaborative process where you set the pace, and we explore how a beginner's mind approach can support your healing journey.

How long does the therapy process typically last?

The timeline is unique to every client. Some find immediate relief through regulation tools, while others prefer a longer-term depth-oriented exploration. We will check in regularly to ensure our path remains aligned with your intentions.

Do you offer online or in-person sessions?

I currently provide sessions at my office in Oceanside, CA, as well as secure telehealth options for those residing in California. Both formats are held with the same level of care, presence, and trauma-informed sensitivity.

What is your approach to psychedelic integration?

Integration is the vital stage of grounding non-ordinary experiences into daily life. I provide a non-judgmental, safe container to help you weave insights into sustainable, long-term healing and emotional clarity.
