About

As a licensed therapist (LMFT), I'm inspired by a curiosity that spans the human experience: from the mysteries of the psyche to the wilds of the natural world. My path has been a winding one, marked by years of nomadic travel and life in artistic communities in the US, Canada, and Europe.

I studied Counseling Psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and my training experience involved years at a dual-diagnosis recovery center and a psychedelic-assisted therapy clinic, serving individuals and groups navigating the complexities of trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

I'm trained in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, ecopsychology, and Jungian psychology, with inspiration drawn from the perennial wisdom of Buddhist, Taoist, and Indigenous traditions. The result is a therapeutic practice that's as much about uncovering hidden patterns as it is about cultivating a sense of wonder and awe.

My approach is a fusion of art and science, blending evidence-based practices with a deep reverence for the mysteries of the human heart. Together, let's venture into the uncharted territories of the self, and uncover the hidden landscapes that lie within.
